This correspondence is focused on providing you with the state of the art residential HVAC and Plumbing equipment/services we believe may be immediately beneficial to you. Anyone who asks to be removed from our customer mailing list is promptly accommodated.
Homeguard customers receive postcards, telephone or eMail reminders to schedule maintenance service visits. Also, contact will be made when it is time to renew your Homeguard service agreement.
Comments of outstanding quality service are shared with enthusiasm at our monthly staff meetings providing reinforcement for jobs well done. Comments on all issues and concerns are carefully reviewed, validated and followed by an appropriate response as soon as practical.
